Pre-Order Policy and Information


Thank you for trusting in Mimi's Collectible Corner for all of your Pre-Ordering needs. Below we hope to answer any questions you might have regarding the Pre-Order process.

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer.

How long will it take to arrive?
Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we will ship once your complete order is in stock. Please note that some items may arrive before others.

Will each item on my order ship separately as they arrive?
Possibly. Orders will not ship until the entire order is in stock unless communicated with us. Checkout only calculates one shipment. If you would like to split up an order you may email a request to mimibeadedboutique@gmail.com. We will split your order and invoice the additional cost after approval.

When will you charge me for my item?
To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?
No. Our orders are placed based on pre-orders. Any Questions please contact us via email or chat


Another store received the item I Pre-Ordered already. Why hasn’t mine shipped out yet?
Each retailer receives items at different time frames from the manufacturer. Ordering from us is no guarantee you will receive an item first. Ordering us assures you will receive these limited releases and save you from the stress of searching for stores or paying exorbitant prices after release. The time we receive a product can vary from up to 4 weeks or more from other retailers. Please be rest assured that if you placed your order, we will ship your item as soon as we receive our shipment. Please be sure to sign up for our email newsletter where we continuously update you on shipping updates and changes to estimated ship dates.

My Pre-Order delivery date has moved out to another month. What’s going on?
Please note that Pre-Order release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. Due to stresses on the manufacturing side from the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping delays, and supply chain issues, release dates have varied constantly. We will update each item’s description, send out email alerts, and update our Pre-Order Update Page with new information as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer. Manufacturer subject to change items available in each sealed case at anytime.
